This lovely 2 bed detached villa has a private pool and table tennis table and is located only 5 minutes walk from the famous Nissi beach and similarly close to a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops providing a relaxed holiday atmosphere. A 15-20 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride will take you to central Ayia Napa with its great selection of bars and restaurants. This is a great location for families and couples. A 5 minute drive away is Waterworld, the spectacular themed water park - the largest of its kind in Europe and great for family days out.

The villa is brand new, on a large plot and is furnished and equipped to a very high standard throughout. Sleeps four comfortably plus sofa bed facilities in lounge allow for up to two additional children. The villa is within 5 minutes walk of the popular wedding locations of Adams Beach hotel, Nissi Beach hotel and Anaeus hotel, making it an ideal place to stay for wedding guests.

OUTSIDE AREA
The garden has a large private, tiled swimming pool 8 by 4 metres that is maintained in sparkling condition by our local pool management attendant. It is lit from below at night and has surrounding garden lights for balmy evenings by the pool or moonlit swimming. Surrounding the pool is plenty of space for the sun loungers and chairs to find the perfect spot whether you want sunshine or shade. We have added a table tennis table for extra family entertainment. On the terrace there is a dining table and chairs to seat six for al fresco dining, possibly using the built-in gas barbeque, and a large parasol should you want to dine in the shade.

NISSI BEACH
The wonderful Nissi beach with its golden sands is only 5 minutes walk away, making this a perfect location as this is considered by many to be the best beach in Cyprus. The beach has a quiet end and at the other end has facilities for a number of watersports - jet skis, pedalos, paragliding etc. plus a variety of beach bars for drinks and snacks. Waterworld, the spectacular themed water park and the largest in Europe is a four minute drive or taxi ride from the villa and is a must for families to visit. The surrounding area has numerous places of interest, including Cape Greco, an area designated as being of outstanding natural beauty, Nicosia and the Troodos moutains. While not necessary for this villa location, a short-term car hire would enable you to visit these places and the surrounding villages. 20 minutes walk or a short taxi ride takes you to Ayia Napa with its main square, tavernas, monastery and a beautiful harbour where you can book boat and fishing trips.

AYIA NAPA
Ayia Napa is in South East Cyprus, home of the best beaches in Cyprus with silvery/golden sands and aquamarine sea. It has something for everyone, with wonderful restaurants, tavernas, bars and clubs in sufficient number to cater for every taste. Three miles to the North is Paralimni, the main town of the district, and to the East are Protoras, another lively resort and Cape Greco, an area of outstanding beauty. Along the coast to the East are many picturesque sandy bays. Central Ayia Napa is one of the main tourist resorts in Cyprus - forget its former reputation though - in recent years it has become much more family oriented, the lively bars and clubs being isolated in a small area of the town.

NO SINGLE SEX GROUPS
Please be aware the villa is situated in a quiet location with permanent residences nearby. For this reason we are unable to accept bookings from single sex groups under any circumstances. Please do not try to book the villa under false pretences as these groups will be turned away on arrival and no refund given whatsoever. Please note that no discrimination is meant and this clause is for the protection of all parties.


 

Starting only a couple of minutes walk from the villa are a large selection of tavernas, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops on Nissi Avenue. Here you can also rent bikes, quad bikes, scooters and cars. There are banks/cashpoints, pharmacies, bakers, fruit market and small supermarkets etc. for local shopping. 5km away in the town of Paralimni are three major supermarkets - Carrefour, Kokkinos and Orphanides. The nearest airport is Larnaca which is only 35-40 mins by car or taxi (pick-ups can be arranged). Alternatively Paphos airport is only two hours drive away. Our villa is managed by a local management company who will be available for any advice or queries you may have to help you make the most of your holiday.

 

The rates include electricity and air conditioning. A 25% deposit upon booking will secure your reservation. Note this deposit is non-refundable. The balance is to be paid six weeks prior to arrival. A Security Deposit of £300 is required with the balance payment. The Security Deposit is fully refundable and is there simply to protect the owner from loss from any unreasonable breakages, damages or repair work as a result of guests leaving the villa in an unreasonable state. It will be returned following inspection by the property manager shortly after your holiday.

Linen and towels are provided, but please bring your own towels to use around the pool and at the beach. Mid stay cleaning is available at additional cost. A welcome pack is available on request for a small additional charge. Travel cot, high chair, push chair also available on request for additional charge.

The villa has a PlayStation2 in the second bedroom, so it can be used at the same time as the TV/DVD/music facilities in the lounge. Note this also plays DVDs. A small selection of Playstation games and DVDs are provided.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. Recreational activities available with the villa include table tennis.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a east facing balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find horse riding.

Waterworld is only 5 minutes drive. This spectacular themed waterpark is the largest in Europe.

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: We had an amazing relaxing time, the villa was spotless and the pool was cleaned twice in the week we were there. The owners were really helpful and very friendly which made everything much easier. The villa is in walking distance of Aiya Napa if that is what you're looking for. However, if you prefer the quiet life (like we do) then there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area so you don't need to brave the busier area of Ayia Napa. There are also supermarkets in the area to buy provisions to eat in the villa. Nissi beach is a fantastic beach although we only went one day as we preferred to relax around our own private pool listening to music (which we kept at an acceptable level for our neighbours sake. We were even met with some basic staples and a bottle of wine when we arrived - very welcome after the journey. All in all I would definitely recommend this villa to others!
