Marina Gardens is situated in a quiet part of Kato Paphos, yet it is only 10-15 minutes walk from the beach, harbour and lively bars.

The complex, with 25 similar apartments has two swimming pools available, one for adults and one for children. There are plenty of sunloungers and umbrellas. There is an outside shower area.

The complex has a nice, friendly atmosphere, with many guests returning year after year.

The apartment is brand new, air conditioned, spacious and beautifully furnished. This ground floor apartment has its own sunny patio area with patio furniture, which is perfect for al fresco dining.

The apartment has a lovely modern feel in terms of furniture and decor. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, the apartment comfortably sleeps four guests.

The property is child friendly with few breakables. There is a new cot and high chair available free of charge.

There is a bright new kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, washing machine, hob and microwave. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area for four guests. The lounge area is comfortably furnished and has a television, DVD and CD player.

There is a selection of DVDs and games.

We carry out regular personal checks of the apartment to ensure that everything is perfect for your stay.

Standard check in and out times are listed below however, provided there are no incoming/outcoming guests you will be able to check in and out at a time that suits you, provided this is agreed in advance.

The apartment provides a home from home experience with lots of personal touches. It provides excellent value for money when compared with the cost of booking a package holiday.

Taxis can be arranged for you in advance.

There is a local, english property manager available to deal with any maintenance issues or emergencies.

There is an excellent convenience store nearby, which stocks basic supplies and a nice/bar restaurant, which serves reasonably priced meals.

Car hire is not essential as there is plenty to do in and around Paphos and Kato Paphos and the buses are excellent.

The apartment is only a five minute walk to the main road, Poseidon Avenue, where all the large hotels are situated. Along this main road are numerous shops, restaurants and bars which pave the way to the harbour.

Kato Paphos, where the apartment is located is one of the main tourist areas in Paphos, where the majority of holiday accommodation is situated. The tourist area of Kato Paphos stretches along the shoreline from the large hotels to the east of the resort, to the harbour, and then from the harbour along the coast on the Kings Road to the Tomb of the Kings.

Kato Paphos is situated two miles south of Paphos Town.

The apartment really is in a great spot. We have been to Cyprus many times and we have found that this is one of the best locations. We use the apartment ourselves on a regular basis.


 

The aqua park, a horse riding school and go-karting are all only a 5 minute drive away.

Nearby Paphos is a cosmopolitan town and the shopping is great. There are a number of sandy bays dotted around, many of which offer scuba diving and watersports. The nearest beach is the municipal beach or if you prefer Coral Bay is a 15 minute drive or bus ride.

Paphos also has three full sized golf courses.

Areas to explore locally include Paphos mosiacs, Tomb of the Kings, Aphrodites rock and Akamas National Park. Nearby Polis and Pomos are also well worth a visit. 

Linen and towels are provided. The apartment will be cleaned in readiness for your arrival. A linen change will be provided after one week for two week bookings. There is an electronic security safe so you can store your valuables safely. The air conditioning units also blow warm/hot air for chilly winter evenings. A cool box is provided for picnics. There is a large outside storage area which is great for suitcases and bikes etc. A cot and high chair are both available free of charge.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Available on request via property manager. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The property is on the ground floor. It is suitable for clients who are able to manage inside without being in a wheel chair however, it is not suitable for those confined to a wheel chair. 

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a patio area. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside a food shop.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, horse riding, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, shopping areas, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find walking, cycling, skiing/snowboarding, golf, a zoo.

There is Go Karting and an aqua park situated only a 5 minutes drive away.

Other attractions closeby include the Paphos mosaics, Tomb of the Kings and Paphos fort.

Everything is new and there are all the facilities that you could possibly need. There is a good selec tion of DVDs and we enjoyed a couple of nice evenings in watching them!
