Upstairs you will find the en-suite master bedroom with balcony and sea views, two spacious twin bedrooms and family bathroom. Master bedroom has a king sized bed and fitted wardrobes. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and their own balconies.Both bathrooms have bath/shower, hand basin and wc. Cloakroom has wc and hand basin.

Downstairs has a large open plan living and dining area with separate kitchen area and cloakroom.

Kitchen has full sized oven and hob with extractor, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, sandwich toaster, iron and ironing board.

The spacious and airy living room has been tastefully furnished to a high standard with large sliding doors leading onto the pool terrace. There is a dining table with 6 chairs, music system, 32" flat screen TV with satellite and DVD player.

Safety deposit box is provided for storage of valuables, fire safety equipment in situ. Bath towels and bedlinen provided, maid service on changeover day.

Outside, there is a privately owned 8 x 4m swimming pool. Beautifully landscaped garden with lawn area ideal for children and typical fruit trees of the island providing a Mediterranean feel for your holiday. Large gas BBQ and large patio table and chairs for dining alfresco. Table and chairs also situated on the front pool terrace for drinks as the sun goes down over the beautiful Corallia Bay with a lemon tree in the back garden for your aperitif!

Coral Bay

11 kilometres (15 minutes drive) to the West of Paphos and 3 kilometres below the friendly and picturesque, hillside village of Peyia is Coral Bay, the best natural (European Blue Flag) beach in the area. This is an established resort with many villas set apart from one another above a wide curve of dark golden sand. The summer heat is often tempered by a gentle breeze and the sea has a shallow margin where children may play safely. In the busier months, water sports on offer include pedaloes, water skiing, banana boats, jet skis and windsurfing.

Close by the Bay you will find large hotels, banks, shops, mini-markets (for provisions and souvenirs), bars, restaurants and street cafes for casual alfresco meals. There are tavernas and snack bars overlooking the sea and a large restaurant in the next bay which is open during the day. More tavernas and local shops are just a short drive away.

The beautiful sandy Corallia beach with its sun beds and umbrellas is a 5 minute stroll away, the Coral bay beach is also close by.

This really is a perfect location for a casual seaside holiday, and an excellent base for touring the Paphos area, with all it has to offer.

Paphos Area

An excellent bus service takes you into the town of Paphos with its historical harbour, gift shops and restaurants. Also the ‘Old Town’ of Paphos with its blend of high quality shops and traditional markets.

Within a short driving distance are the Troodos Mountains, Latchi Beach, Akamas Forrest, Lara Beach, Aphrodite’s Rock, Baths of Aphrodite and three championship golf courses to name but a few. Paphos also boasts one of the best water parks in Cyprus.

Things to do in the area include Paphos Bird Park, reptile park, horse riding, Akamas Peninsular & Lara Nature Reserve, hiking/walking, buggy safaris, 4 x 4 safaris, sea caves area, sailing and many more. Amusement and water parks in Paphos are also easily accessible from Coral Bay as are numerous archaeological ruins such as the Tombs of the Kings.

If you want to get out and explore some fantastic scenery, take a trip to the Akamas, Polis, Latchi or even Troodos mountains. The Akamas is an untouched part of Cyprus with unspoilt coastline and traditional fish taverns in stunning seaside locations. Troodos is of course the main mountain range in Cyprus, not many people know that in the winter....you can ski!

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a zoo, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find golf, a museum, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.
