The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing balcony. If you are driving there is private parking.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find a theatre/cinema.

Waterworld Waterpark is only a 5 min drive or bus ride from the complex

Aleasia says: "The property was beautiful and definately value for money. It was clean, well finished and in a great proximatey to Nissi beach. However the only problem i would raise is the poor signage. Upon arrival we were running around the complex for around half an hour trying to find our apartment as there was more than 1 property numbered 12. We had to ask a family who fortunately were property owners and knew the complex well. For future improvement, they need to have signs specifying where the different BLOCKS are and D in front of the numbers(i.e D12) on doors if this is how they are going to specify them on the booking form. Also a cleaning service to replenish towels and change bed linen would be of great use as most of the apartments are for up to 6 people and it can get very messy very quickly. "
