Downstairs is open plan with a large lounge area, dining area & kitchen with excellent appliances.The lounge area consists of modern comfortable furniture and offers a top of the range flat screen TV with Sky and a DVD player. There is also a downstairs washroom with toilet and sink which is handy for guests coming in from the pool. 

The Villa has a large garden to the front containing a private kidney shaped pool plus space available for 2 cars on the driveway. The pool area includes a shower, sun loungers & chairs. To the rear of the property there is a smaller, private garden with a Terrace, Dining Furniture & BBQ. The front of the Villa has a large covered terrace downstairs with dining furniture & the upstairs terrace also has furniture, both front terraces have uninterrupted sea views.  

Chloraka is ideally situated half way between Paphos Town and Coral Bay. The area consists of a Village up on the hill and the Seafront Location, Sunset View, where our Villa is perfectly positioned. In the immediate vicinity there is a small selection of bars, restaurants & supermarkets.
In nearby Paphos, you can enjoy the vast choice of restaurants and bars, either in the old town or in the new town by the harbour.
In Coral Bay, you can sunbathe on the beaches or participate in the wide range of watersports available.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the The Lounge Area 1 double bunk bed located in the twin room. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
