This 3 bed detached villa sleeps 5 and is situated in a large plot with private swimming pool and gardens. Built as an upside down house in order to maximise fabulous sea and mountain views the kitchen/diner and separate lounge are on the first floor opening on to a large south facing veranda. There is also a bedroom and family bathroom on this floor. The ground floor has a study , 2 bedrooms(one en suite) and a family bathroom. The villa is situated in the lovely quiet village of Anarita and could be described as an away from it all holiday suitable for couples, family and friends. A car is essential and can be pre booked to collect at the airport which is only 10 min drive away. 

 

 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, cycling, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Gillian says: "We had a lovely relaxing holiday at the villa which was beautiful. Every need was catered for with plenty of towels, linen and even beach towels. The layout of the property was unusual but worked very well with bedrooms downstairs and living space on 1st floor. This took advantage of the lovely views to the sea. Spacious villa and grounds, we enjoyed sunny ourselves by the pool. The covered terrace was ideal for some shade when needed. We will be back again next year and have already recommended to friends. "
