Hambis House, is a luxury, detached, 4 bedroom,
180 square meter villa located in the charming village of Mandria, in a beautiful
rural setting on the outskirts of Paphos. Hambis House is beautifully furnished
with its own large private Roman style swimming pool.

The ground floor open plan comprises of a fitted
kitchen, dining area, and lounge with patio doors opening onto the swimming
pool area. A cloakroom and WC with basin is also located on the ground floor.

A polished marble staircase leads to the first
floor which has a master bedroom with en suite and a dressing area with ample
wardrobe space. Patio doors open onto a small balcony overlooking the pool.
A double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a bathroom complete the first floor.

Paphos harbour is only a 10 minute drive away
with many tavernas, pubs, nightclubs, cafes, restaurants, shops and the Aphrodite
Waterpark which attracts over 100,000 visitors each year. Best of all, after
enjoying a day in Paphos, you can come back to your quiet retreat at
Hambis House and relax.

As a car is essential for those who want to get out and about,
we have negotiated special rates with a very reliable rental dealer who has
agreed to give the cheapest rates on the island to our guests. We will
handle all the arrangements for you and meet you at the airport with your rental
car.

GROUND FLOOR

Entrance

The porch opens into the entrance hall which leads into the open
living area. There is a tastefully decorated cloakrooom on the left with WC,
washbasin and mirror.

Open Plan Living Area

The open plan ground floor contains a kitchen, dining area and
lounge.

Kitchen Equipment:

A supply of crockery with cutlery for 6 persons plus a full variety
of utensils, saucepans and dishes is provided.

A door provides access to the off-road parking area beside the
house.

Dining Room & Lounge

The solid wood, glass top, dining table seats
8 persons comfortably.

A comfortable soft-leather suite comprising a three seater, two
seater and armchair makes it easy to relax in front
of the TV with DVD player.

A sideboard loaded with a variety of games for the family plus
a selection of CD's and a radio/CD/cassette player completes the lounge area.

A study recess just off the lounge area complete with writing/computer
desk provides a place for you to catch up on correspondence.

 

The glass brick feature in the stairwell provides a light,
airy feel to the Grecian marble stairway which leads to a landing with 4
bedrooms and a bathroom.

Each bedroom is fitted with an air-conditioner which can
be switched on to heating in the cooler months.

Master Bedroom With Ensuite

The master bedroom has an ensuite tiled bathroom equipped with
shower room, WC and pedestal washbasin.

The master bedroom is equipped with:

Patio doors lead onto the balcony
which overlooks the swimming pool. The balcony is furnished with a small
table and chairs allowing guests to relax in the evenings.

Twin Bedrooms

Each twin-bed bedroom is equipped with:

A large bathroom with a Grecian white marble vanity unit,
WC, and full size bath with shower facility is located right next to the 4 bedrooms.
An immersion heater ensures there is plenty of hot water
throughout your stay.

Note: Towels are provided. A mid-week towel change and house cleaning
service is included.

There are no extra charges for electricity, water, and
air-conditioning.

Pool & Garden

Double patio doors open onto the large paved poolside area with
8 sun loungers and a table with parasol and 8 chairs.

The Roman steps are an attractive feature of the 8 x 4 meter swimming
pool.

For your health a high standard of hygiene is assured throughout
the year by a professional cleaning service which maintains the pool twice a
week.

Discreet lighting in the swimming pool itself creates a very
relaxing atmosphere during the evening hours.

I personally will take interest in your stay and ensure you go home with wonderful memories. My father who is a professional Cypriot chef is available on request if you would like to enjoy a bar-b-que by the pool one evening and get some great cooking tips at the same time! Additionally, two delightful, busy tavernas within walking distance provide a great atmosphere in which you can enjoy the local cuisine.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 9 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking villa

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
