Newly built self-contained complex of terraced cottages sharing two communal swimming pools & landscaped sun terraces with views of both sea & mountains. Downstairs is open plan lounge & dining area with a self-contained kitchen and downstairs cloakroom. A black marble staircase leads to two bedrooms, the master having a balcony, and a family bathroom with a shower over the bath.
There are sliding patio doors opening from the lounge to a private patio area which leads onto the communal terrace & swimming pool. 

Described in the eye-witness travel guide to Cyprus as a small picturesque hillside town 3 miles inland from Coral Bay and is the last sizable place before entering the wilderness of Akamas. It has a good selection of shops & restaurants including grocery stores bakeries & butchers. 

 

The house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
