However, if you take pleasure in exploring the small villages there are ample in the region of the villa where you will find spot on Cypriot hospitality, appealing eating places and typical Cyprus way of life.

Accessiblity

The villa is easily accessible by means of the double opening wrought iron gates, leading to ground level and garden area. The second floor is accessed via a wide marble staircase. The outside area is flat with one single step leading to patio and pool area. This villa may not be suitable for wheelchair users.

Outside

Although the villa is new and has all the creature comforts you require, you will most likely be spending most of the day outside. The outdoor facilities will make your holiday even more individual. The main patio is just the thing for entertaining. The extremely large pool is very tempting on a hot day either for the adults or for the children’s pure enjoyment. Enjoy a glass of local Cypriot wine whilst relaxing by the pool area. The landscaped garden has been designed with our personal touch to enhance privacy and total calm whilst on your holiday. Take the opportunity to read a book or relax on one of the sun loungers around the pool.
 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
