The town of Paphos is situated on the South Western
tip of Cyprus and is recognized as being one of the
more peaceful towns on Cyprus retaining the old
Mediterranean charm of island life with it’s small
winding streets and markets, set amongst a backdrop of
rolling hills scattered with olive trees and
vineyards
 

The villa was completed in late 2003, and is situated in a very peaceful corner of town but is still only 15 walk from the bars and restaurants. The present owners have just purchased the villa in 2008, and furnished it tastefully to a high standard as you can see from the photos.

Airport collection can be arranged for those who do not intend to hire a car - not that a car is needed as the property is situated so close to the centre of Paphos
Included in the price is Airconditioning in every room / central heating for winter lets. 

For personal and also the use of our guests we have installed a top of the range gas BBQ which makes eating by the pool a delightful experience. There is a good supply of sun loungers outside table and chairs etc, as well as a four seater outside rattan suite.

The modern flat screen TV is equiped to receive SKY chanells . 

There are 2 patio/ terraces and 2 balconies at the property NW and SE facing. SE view is of a vineyard and NW is the pool area view.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a south facing balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
