On a personal front we love the town for the friendly people, glorious climate and wonderful food. Everyone speaks english and they drive on the left which makes getting around easy. For divers the best wreck in the Mediterranean (The Zenobia) lies 1000 metres offshore. Just do a google search for Larnaca plus your favouite occupation and take a read. Yes, you can even Ski in the Troodos in the winter....
 

Ideally situated, 10 minutes from Larnaca airport. You can walk to all the beaches. Town centre and promenade along Phinnikoudos beach which is delightful for all ages and lovely to share with Cypriot families, young and old.

If you hire a car, easy to get to all parts of the Island, excellent roads, very safe and easy to navigate.

Good bus service throughout the Island. 

the property is unique in that it has a very large balcony nearly the size of the whole apartment. Ideal for private sunbathing, and having barbeques. The views out to sea and to the mountains are lovely. Siting undercover on the terrace for breakfast or last thing at night is lovely. You get a gentle sea breeze which is so nice in the heat of the Summer.

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 double sofa beds located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is an absolutley gorgeous place to stay- I would recommend it to everyone. The pictures don't do it justice, the apartment is modern, new and comfortable. It has ocean views, a massive terrace, it is very close to the sea front and restaurants and shops but is also so quiet and relaxing. v. reasonably priced. There is a good range of restaurants in walking distance. Will def be going back again next year.

Perfect peace in a residential area amongst lovely Cypriot people. 2 minute walk to beach, you can go for nice walks along the beach and promenade in either direction. Very safe. Bars and restaurants are superb and so much to choose from.
Sunbathing on the fab terrace, sea breeze, looking out to sea, what more could you ask for.
Beautifully furnished, everything you need, loads of space, clean and new.
