Our 2 storey detached 'Villa style duplex' is furnished to a very high standard and can comfortably accomodate a party of 10. This includes 3 double bedrooms and a twin also 2 sofa beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning, double wardrobes and bedside drawers/tables with a spare set of clean bedding for each room.

There is a spacious shower/bathroom & w.c on each floor and the main bathroom has the added benefit of a large corner bath & jacuzzi, which makes this property excellent for multiple families. The lounge area also benefits from air conditioning and is furnished with stylish comfortable sofas. Entertainment includes satellite TV and DVD complete with a selection of upto date films for young and old alike.

There are all the usual kitchen facilities you would expect back home including:
washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, oven with gas hob, extractor fan, and toaster. If you prefer there is a barbeque/grill on the veranda as an additional cooking option.

The villa is situated within a gated 24hr security complex with well maintained landscape gardens.

For families with small children there is the peace of mind of being right next to the pool - meaning mum & dad can sunbathe and chill out on the balcony or poolside in the knowledge the kids are never out of sight.

The ideal location ensures you are only a 3 minute taxi ride from Dalaman town, where there are local restaurants, shops and a weekly market to explore! You are also situated just 5 mins walk from the The Opet which is a local meeting point for locals and tourist there is normally something going on here and smily the owner is alaways available to help you, The Birch (Burc) restuarant & bar which serves fish, meat, pizza and many other dishes is also within a 5 minute walk.

The Dalaman Garage (our equivalent to a bus station) is also in the town centre whereby if you wish there is a regular dolmus service to the surrounding areas of Fethiye, Gocek, Dalyan and the world famous Olu Deniz blue lagoon.

We also rent out our 2 bedroom apartment which is located on the ground floor of our villa style duplex, this means that for larger families or friends who holiday together we offer accomodation for 16 people by renting both our 4 bedroom apartment and our 2 bedroom apartment ref 25176

The apartment comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin. The property also has 2 single sofa beds. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television video, dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The complex and pool were very clean and the grassed area was well kept. We loved how friendly the turkish people were, nothing is too much trouble. Gino, the local fix it man, made us feel so welcome and advised us on were we could eat, shop and sight see.Gino also arranged for us to go on the saturday boat trip, we were picked up from our door taken to the boat and at the end of the day driven back home all for £15, it was unbelievable! We really enjoyed our stay and cant wait to return."
