House is fully equiped with 3 double airconditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room, private beach with sunbeds and shower. Owners don't live there so you would enjoy house yourself.
 

Molunat is a small village of around 50 houses,it is situated in region of Konavle near Dubrovnik, some 15 kilometers from Dubrovnik Airport ,close to,Cavtat,Monte Negro....
 

A car would be necessary

The property is a 15 min drive from the airport and some 35 minutes from the port and town of Dubrovnik. A car is advisable as public transport in Molunat is infrequent. Most major rental companies are represented in Dubrovnik town and airport. For the first time we await for our guests at the airport, and provide all the help needed.From this year on we have 2 airconditioned cars to rent to our guests.

For our guests we arrange rent a car to wait for them at the airport on their request

The house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living room. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool.

The house has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this house.

The house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a summer house, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque.

The house is right beside a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling.

Close to the house you will find climbing, horse riding.

Within easy reach of the house you will find tennis, a sports center, historic sites, a museum.

Ian says: "Thoroughly recommended We liked the house -roomy and well equipped. We loved being able to walk down steps from the pation and swim out into the bay -surface often as smooth as glass. Although there were houses each side it felt very private and relaxing. We were there the last week in May - out of season so the village was quiet - narrow road round the bay with pleasant houses each side. There are lots of rooms in the houses there so it may be busy in the summer. You need a car - Cavtat and Dubrovnik well worth going to and we filled up a week easily. But longer might be a problem. You are very near both the Bosnia and Montenegro borders but we did not have green card insurance to drive there "
