It is situated in the center of Dubrovniks tourist region, It is only 150 m away from the main beach and all the tourist attractions: a long promenade along the sea, live music, sport activities like tennis or volleyball, restaurants, a mall, shops, hotels, beautiful sandy beaches, and a boat to the Elaffite islands. The nature surrounding Lapad is enchanting. The guests can enjoy the walk in the nature or just sitting in the caffes and admiring the view. The car isnt essential because there is a bus to the Old Town, Dubrovniks famous historical place in which there are a lot of museums, famous promenade Stradun, churches, book shops, cathedral and port. 

The apartment is situated in quiet area and has a separate entrance. There are only 15 stairs to the apartment and in front of it there is a beautiful garden with many flowers and Mediterranean plants in which the guests can enjoy all year. A large terrace with big wooden table and chairs is situated in front of the apartment. You can enjoy all the benefits of the vacation: waking up in the morning and eating breakfast or drinking coffee in the shadows on the terrace looking at the garden. If the guests want they can also have lunch or dinner on the terrace, or even make a barbeque. There is also a stone sink on the terrace and a small summer kitchen where a washing machine is situated.
The apartment , arranged with style, has two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a jacuzzi, living room, large corridor and a kitchen. Each room has an air condition and also underfloor heating so the apartment is suitable for reservations during the winter. Each bedroom has large bed, TV SAT, big wardrobe and an air conditon. We can also provide a cot for a baby. In each room there is a TV SAT and DVD and in the fashionably arranged kitchen you can enjoy all the benefits: oven, microwave oven, fridge, two sinks, dishwasher. In the dining room there is a big wooden table suitable for 8 people.

Take a walk to the restaurant near the apartment or just sit in the caffee and absorb the nature. You can also visit Elaffite Islands which were mentioned in Ancient Greece and are known for their beauty. Trip lasts for only 15 to 45 minutes, depending on the island you are visiting.
Dubrovnik is well known for its Old Town, a part of town where first inhabitants settled in 7th century and which is surrounded by the stone walls. You can take a bus from the apartment, the ride lasts for only 10 minutes, and visit that beautiful part of Dubrovnik.
In the evening you can sit near the sea, take a walk, go to the Old Town, go to the Latino club which is situated 10 minutes from the apartment by bus or go to one of the bars in the Old Town. 

There is a large table and chairs on the terrace where the guests can eat or just sit and enjoy away from the sun, in the shadow. The terrace is large enough for children to play or for adults to sit and drink coffee in the morning or in the afternoon or make a barbeque. There is also a small garden in which the guests can enjoy, especially in the spring.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Living room, 1 double sofa bed located in the living room. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play radio.

Janice says: "This apartment is in a great location to the beach and bus stop 1 minute walk, restaurants and supermarket 5 mins walk. 15min bu bus into Dubrovnik Old Town. and the you dont have a big hill or a lot of steps to climb to get to it. It is set on the main road into Lapad but it is raised up so the cars are not at eye level and it is not too noisy. The owners were fantastic and very hospitable but not instrusive. The apartment itself is very clean and has everything you need and more, owners even put milk,bread and water on our arrival, and the shower is fantastic. enjoyed staying at the apartment and in Lapad and would certainly stay again. "
