This newly built apartment is situated just 100m from center of old Cavtat, that is from everything there is in this beautiful little town ( beach, post, bank, grocery shops, cafés, restaurants ). Still it is away from noise with a lovely spacious terrace and a tortoise farm just beneath it.
Kitchen is big and well equipped, and bathroom has all facilities including washing machine.
Air-condition, SAT TV and parking place included in price. We are located in house next door and we are always staying at your disposal for anything you might need. We speak English, German and Italian.

We are the owners of the restaurant Posejdon situated 50m from apartment on the beach front with pine trees shaded teracce and one of the most beautiful sunsets on the Adriatic. Basic price does not include meals. Average prices: breakfast 6Eur/pp, lunch/dinner 5-15Eur/course ( menu includes: sandwiches, burgers, pizza, pasta, grill, salads ). Drinks are not included in quotation.

Debbie says: "The studio was in an excellent location, near the supermarket and ATM machines and just a few minutes stroll to the harbour front (no more than 3-5 mins). It was in a very quiet area no noise at all. The terrace was nice and relaxing with a nice view of the tortoise farm. The restaurant Poseijdon which was also owned by the same people served excellant food and drinks and was run by very nice polite people. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone who visits Cavtat."
