The best quality materials are used throught: granite steps, inox fence, stone courtyard, air-conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and 2 SAT-TVs. Contemporary furniture inside the villa with plenty of storage space for your clothes. 2 fully quipped kitchens. Original paintings and photograps all over the villa. Plus, a lovely outside space: courtyard with a small garden, large wooden hand-crafted table for 8 persons and a grill. 2 small balconies with great views over the bay and marina.
Villa consists of 2 two bedroom apartments (sleeps 4 each). Beside the possibility to rent the entire villa, we also offer the possibility of renting separate apartments for 2 or 4 people.
 

The location of the Serenity Retreat villa is only a few minutes walk from the sea, automobile parking lot, stores, markets, marina, restaurants, cafes, bank, post office, and medical office. Neaest beach is short walk away from villa unspolit less crowded beaches are few minutes drive from villa.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 4 double. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television satellite/cable. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use.

There is room for 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Ann says: "The property has been recently re-furbished to a very high standard. All of the fixtures, fittings and furniture were extremely tasteful and the beds very comfortable. There are views of the beautiful harbour from the balconies, and it is a very short walk to several restaurants, a couple of small supermarkets, bakers etc. We were made very welcome by the owners who lived just across the road. The whole village is built on the side of the hill, and virtually no property has vehicular access, so there was a bit of a climb each day from the car park below. The only real down-side with the accommodation was the lack of any real sitting area. Each of the apartments had a kitchen diner, but no sitting room and on the upper two apartments there was only room for two people to sit out on the balcony. The outside dining area attached to the lower apartment was delightful, but the only furniture was a large table and bench seats, so again no-where to sit and relax."

Owner reply:
Since Ann from Birmingham visited the property we have bought few lounge chairs to add to the outside area. This should provide some space to lie and relax for our guests.
