House Maynera
The house "Maynera" is situated about 50 meter distance from the boulevard and not yet 2 minutes walk from the nearest small sandy beach. The house is build in 2007. In the house are two apartments for each four persons. Both apartments have view at the sea as well at the park, the former botanic garden from the 19th century grounded by the Ðorðiæ family and later sold to the count Mayneri, where the park and this house got their names from. A communal terrace and the garden are to your disposal. The apartments are both on the first floor and have directly under the roof an extra space with double bed on a gallery.
Apartmnt "Jardin"
Apartment "Jardin", the name comes of course from the botanical garden, the park Mayneri next to the house, is 47 m2 and consists of a double room, living with kitchenette. The bathroom with small tub and toilet completes this floor. A staircase leads to a gallery of 16 m2 with double bed. This apartment also has a balcony with view to the sea.

Apartment "Castio"
This apartment called after the "Castio" the fortress on the highest point of Lopud the mountain Polaèica 212 m., is 46 m2 large and consists also of a bedroom, a gallery with double bed and a living room with kitchenette. However the bathroom has a shower. There is no balcony, but one can use the garden and the terrace.
