The property composes of a main house and a cottage and was designed for easy indoor – outdoor living. It offers two levels of luxury family living, comprising of 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious dining and living area and spectacular sea -views. Close to the Villa, there is also a cottage providing an additional double bedroom.

Lotus Villa spreads over two floors. The ground floor consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with a shower and toilet, a fully equipped open kitchen, a dining table for 8 people, a comfortable lounge area with a marble open fireplace. There are multiple large glass doors leading out onto spacious terraces and the pool area which blur the distinction between indoor and outdoor.

The upper floor offers 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet and 1 ensuite bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. All rooms and the gallery have access to balconies with spectacular sea views and/or garden views.

Stone and marble floors, high ceilings, comfortable furniture and tasteful art paintings complete this home.

Close to the villa is a cottage providing an additional double bedroom.

There are some Information about Brac:

Brac is the largest of the Dalmation Islands and easily accessible from Split. It has numerous old fishing villages, crystal clear waters, white pebble beaches and a good transport system.

Because of its rich history, each place offers you a look at a little bit of the past while enjoying its natural beauty and modern day amenities.
The island offers a marvellously indented coastline in all its magical colours and soothing sounds of silence.

The varied and picturesque landscape, the mild climate, the homely atmosphere and the light-hearted mood of the local people will make your holiday on island Brac an unforgettable experience.

The lovely fishing village of Milna is just 2 km away. It offers a range of cafés, restaurants, konobas, art galleries, wine shops and a local farmer market. Enjoying a good cup of coffee while watching sailing boats entering or leaving its beautiful marina is a real pleasure.

 

Linen, towels and beach-towels are provided. Lotus Villa has tried to respect the beauty and nature of the area by utilizing solar power with a generator backup. The generator has to be used for large appliances such elec. oven and dishwasher.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed, 2 double sofa beds located in the living room. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find a dish washer. The owner has also provided cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a summer house, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque.
