Yes, our apartment meets all these criteria. You're only 5 minutes away from the bustling resort of Vodice with its waterfront restaurants, marina, live music concerts in peak summer and shopping (oh yes and a very popular open air nightclub on the outskirst). Within 3 minutes walk, there's a mini market, nice waterfront coffee shop, beach, restaurant etc.
A car is useful, though not essential - airport pick up can be arranged. Bike rental?!
