Vila Lahana Dalyan Turkey two pools a/c 2 bathrooms 3 bedrooms-located in CENTRAL DALYAN

Our aim is to offer both families and couples a hassle free, relaxed villa holiday. We want all our guests to feel at home and we will do everything we can to make your holiday as enjoyable and relaxing as possible, The villa is equipped to a VERY HIGH standard with EVERYTHING provided (see below) for a relaxing villa hoiday.

The fully air-conditioned villa has, 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and sleeps 2/8. It is a bungalow style villa withTWO PRIVATE POOLS and large walled garden, and is close to the centre of Dalyan, which is located on the South West coast of Turkey.

We chose this location, for the mountain views, beautiful beaches and most importantly it is close to the centre of Dalyan, only a 5/10 minute stroll away (a new road to the village make it even quicker to reach), Dalyan has plenty of restaurants, shops and bars for all to enjoy. The villa and the location will suit young and old a like and is particularly safe for children of all ages.

The villa is built on a large corner plot, with private off road parking and is located along a quiet county lane in a peaceful, setting with beautiful mountain views, just at the end of the lane, there is a small shop, Also, the local dolmus (bus) stops there, should this be needed or just stroll into the heart of the beautiful riverside village of Dalyan and explore the many shops or just sit and watch the world go by at the quayside.

POOLS & GARDEN ~ Patio doors which open onto the shaded terrace, the villa also has it's own very large front & back garden, a 35 sq mtr pool plus a large splash/relaxation pool, cushioned sun loungers & parasols for your comfort, the terrace (with table & chairs) looks over the pools, which is set into a large sun deck with pool shower, both pools & garden can be lit during the evening to add to the charm of the villa or for that late night dip! The terrace has GATES which can be DOUBLE LOCKED for added safety for little children. A large pool facing GAZEBO to sit and relax under, a brick built BBQ and hammock are also available.
BEDROOMS ~ 1 double bedroom with king size bed and 1 twin bedroom, both with, excellent quality beds and furniture, bed side lamps, blackout blinds and mossie nets fitted to all windows,remote controlled air-conditioning unit, large fitted wardrobes to house all the bargains bought at the local market! All linen, blankets (if needed) and lite throwovers, plus a TRAVEL COT & WIRELESS PORTABLE BABY MONITOR are also available at the villa.

LOUNGE ~The very large relaxing lounge, has a remote controlled air-conditioning unit, 2 double size, excellent quality comfortable sofa bed settees, dining room table, 6 chairs with matching unit, TV, DVD, radio/CD player and Satellite T.V, a good selection of DVD's and books are also available, plus a speaker system for MP3/laptop.

KITCHEN ~ Fully equipped fitted kitchen with gas/electric cooker hob, dishwasher, full size frost free fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine, microwave & toaster, saucepans, ALL crockery & cutlery for both inside & alfresco dining. (Plastic cups, plates provided for a picnic) an electric kettle, teapot, cafetiere and much more.

BATHROOM Plus 1 en-suite ~ Modern fully tiled bathrooms suites, with corner shower cubicles, shaver point and large mirror, with matching fitments, ALL towels are provided including beach towels. (Hair dryer & hair straightners are also provided)

* Ironing board, steam iron, hairdryer (1800 watt with large diffuser) and hair straightners.
* A welcome pack on arrival, (should you require any extras i.e. a bottle of wine or a few beers, this can be arranged for you, please mention when booking)
* Bed linen and housekeeper supplied. (The villa will be cleaned & linen changed once a week) plenty of extra linen provided if you wish to change the linen more often.
* Our English speaking manager, will be there to welcome you and offer any help, if needed.
* Car hire, (delivered to your door) can be arranged for you and any trips that you may be interested in.
* Supermarkets - There are three good size supermarkets in Dalyan town centre, which sell a large variety of food to suit all
* Dalyan Town: Only taxis are allowed into part of Dalyan Town Centre during the evening, NO other traffic is permitted.
* Bike hire can be arranged for you at excellent rates 

Outside 10ft tennis net and hammock available, large gazeebo, poolside shower large children's pool/adults relaxation pool all sun loungers are cushioned plus 3mtr dia parasols. Full size brick BBQ table and chairs provided for alfresco dining. Pinic and wind breaker tent available for trips out

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 double sofa beds located in the lounge. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking villa

The villa is all on one level, only three steps up into the villa and three steps down to the pools, all steps have hand rails 

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area (with heater), panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, flying, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis, scuba diving, historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find golf.

Us again after our second holiday in Villa Lahana, this time my sister and brother-in-law from the U.S. came for the 1st week ( they loved it all!) to celebrate our 25th anniversary. We were touched to be greeted with a gift bottle to help the celebrations! Thanks so much for that.

On the first morning as I was trying to blow up me lilo I thought to myself 'I wonder if Debbi has got a pump for this job?' Of course she has! That’s the magic of Villa Lahana; Debbi and Brendon have really thought through what you need plus what you'd like to have, to make a real holiday, you don't need to worry about a thing!
We love the beautiful location, the peace and quiet, the pool and the villa itself.
I noticed guest book comments that Villa Lahana was a first villa holiday experience for some, they were now converts to the idea. Well we have been lucky enough to have travelled all over the world & stayed in many villas and apartments. Some of them have been pretty splendid ( for a price!), some have been real flea pits, most have been mundane. I have to say from our experience Villa Lahana can’t be beaten! The standard of accommodation for the price is exceptional value. Debbi, Brendon and their efficient team: on site manager, cleaner, gardener/pool guy and taxi drivers make a brilliant combo. Well done!!
