It is situated halfway between Alicante and Valencia and can easily be reached by motorway from the international airports of these cities (6o miles).

Denia is situated around a natural harbour at the foot of the mountain Montgó (753 metres). The harbour divides the coast in two: to the north (Las Marinas) there are miles and miles of sandy beaches with shallow water and to the south (Las Rotas) there are rocky beaches.

The quiet streets of the old part blend well with a modern centre which presents a varied commercial and cultural offer. A magnificent fishing and commercial port links it daily to the Balearic Islands.

The region of Valencia has a typical Mediterranean climate. There are 2500 hours of sunshine per year and the average seawater temperature ranges from 13ºC minimum in winter to 26ºC maximum in summer. The average air temperature ranges from 15ºC in winter to 29ºC in summer. With these numbers Denia is the ideal site for holidays all year round.
 

Golf lovers are really in for a treat, because in the close vicinity of Dénia there are 4 golf courses:

Club de Golf la Sella - 18 holes (6 kilometres).
Club de Golf Javea - now 18 holes ! (20 kilometres).
Club de Golf Oliva Nova - 18 holes (17 kilometres).
Club de Golf Ifach - 9 holes (25 kilometres).
 

The completion date of this complex was in October of 2002. We have a 3 bedroom ground floor and a 2 bedroom penthouse in this complex, both on the corner. Nice if two families want to spend their holidays together but still have some privacy. The ground floor apartment has its own garden adjacent the communal garden and the penthouse has 70m2 of terraces. The complex has two large swimming pools and a separate children's pool, outside changing rooms, toilets and showers. Each apartment has its own designated parking space. The complex is fully secured with remote controllable gates. It is situated only 50 metres from the beach and a small shopping centre with bars, restaurants, ice cream parlour and pharmacy and about 3 kilometres from the centre of Denia. In the high season there is a small children's fair next to the complex with trampolines.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a east facing patio area, sea views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
