Both villas enjoy panoramic views of the Aegean Sea.
The beach is only 300 meters away, reached by car or on foot. The nearest shopping center is Kiotari, 1/2Km away and about the same distance is the small fishing shelter with a number of small village restaurants. The villas are also well situated for those seeking cultural and night life in Lindos, only 10 Km away.
A private pool is located in front of the hous, surrounded by a wooded deck and furnished patio.
Each villa is approached via its own electronically gated driveway with a secured off road parking for two vehicles.
 

Entering the villa you will find yourself in a front open loft, facing magnificent views from the impressive floor to ceiling glass window. The loft can be used as an extra master bedroom with its own bathroom and balcony.
Situated at the same level as the pool and the garden, the ground floor is a spacious open plan living/ dining/ kitchen area, elegantly furnished with a leather sofa, dining table, flat screen TV, CD and DVD player. All effortlessly facilitate up to six people. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric stove, electric and microwave ovens, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and all cooking/dining necessities.
Two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed, and another with twin beds, are located on the ground floor, right behind the pool, both sharing a spacious bathroom and magnificent views.
 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private east facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque.
