Villa Patricija is located in the picturesque fisher's village Zaton Veliki, a cosy township situated in the picturesque bay of Zaton, 10 km northwest of Dubrovnik. Spend a special vacation in this peaceful and relaxing area with clean Adriatic sea and colourful Mediterranean vegetation.

1 luxurious room *** (2 persons) and 2 studio apartments *** (each for 2 persons) are fully furnished and tastefully decorated. The rooms have their own bathrooms. The suites include kitchenettes and are located on the upper floor.

We have to mention that the owners of the villa live on the ground floor and are there if anything is needed. The owners are very warm and welcome people and have a happy young dog but they all keep themselves in the backstage and you will not be bothered with their presence. I wished, the landlady will happily offer you to try her exquisite cooking skills.
Additional equipment include air conditioning and heating, SAT TV and a fabulous summer kitchen which can be freely used. Cleaning service is included every day.
 

The big garden with palm trees, orange and citron trees and lots of space with its own summer kitchen and terraces is perfect for relaxation of your mind.
The villa can accommodate up to 7 guests.
We also have a large swimming pool for our guests located in our garden.

 

We always dedicate special care for all our guests in order for them to feel as comfortable as possible. To make your vacation even more perfect, just let us know your thoughts and we will organize everything you might need. Boat excursions or healing massages are only ideas which could enrich your special vacation.  

Note that the owners (very warm and welcoming couple) of the villa who live on the first floor are always around in case you need anything.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a summer house, a west facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, a restaurant, a food shop.

However, this did not detract from the quality of the accomodation. "
