The generous layout of the villa is separated into 3 apartments which can be rented either individually or all together for families or group of friends of up to 10 people. To enjoy yourself, you will find a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and an inviting shared barbecue area whthe lovely garden. Note that the welcoming owners live on the ground floor and will be sometimes around the barbecue area.
The apartments are distributed as follows:

B Two double bedroom (sleeps 4+1)
C Two double bedroom penthouse (4+1)
This two bedroom penthouse apartment features two bedrooms with two bathrooms, kitchen, living, dining room and balcony with exceptional views.
 

In ancient times, Cavtat was a Greek settlement known as Epidaurum, therefore today it is attractive because of its mixture of old and new architecture.
The old town of Cavtat is situated at the south slopes of the peninsulas Rat and Sustjepan, in the immediate vicinity of Dubrovnik. It is today the tourist and cultural centre of Konavle, the southernmost region of Croatia.
The very pleasant climate, luxuriant vegetation and beautiful shores will invite you to leave all your stressfull thoughts behind and refuel your energy.
Nice beaches stretch all the way to Cape Prahljevac. Cavtat is located on the main road (M2, E65). It is very well connected with major Croatian cities through Dubrovnik and Cilipi Airport, while local communications with the surroundings include ship and bus lines.

The Cavtat Summer (July - August) - with its concerts of harmony-singing groups, folk music groups and sports tournaments (water-polo) – represents the most central cultural event. The most popular event is the Day of Our Lady of the Snows (5th of August), along with the public holiday commemorating an important date in the recent Croatian history. During the carnival festivities (January and February), the so-called Small Carnival Fiesta is the major event.

 

This Villa offers you 3 luxurious apartments with all together 5 double bedrooms for up to 10 people. On this page we offer you the stunning two bedroom penthouse apartment C for four guests. Note that the owners live on the ground floor of the villa. They will be more than happy to give you tips for restaurants & places to visit.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a summer house, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, cycling, mountain biking, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a restaurant.

John says: "The apartment more than lived up to our expectations. It was of a high specification throughout, with air conditioning, satellite TV and superb views. The owner could not be more helpful, offering advice and assistance without invading our privacy. We were provided with fresh fruit and drinks on our arrival as the apartment was not quite ready, and wine and cake during our stay. The pool is of a good size, was very clean and superbly maintained, with good quality sun loungers. The views from the pool area are fantastic! We would thoroughly recommend Villa Lavender for your stay in Croatia. The village of Cavtat (10 mins walk) was also superb, with many restaurants and bars offering high standard fare at real value for money prices. The area as yet is unspoilt and not too commercial and it would be a real shame if this changed in the future. We would certainly consider returning to this area again on holiday and would not look any further than Villa Lavender for our stay. John Clow & family (Aug 2007)"
