The Olive Tree Villa is set in the stunningly beautiful bay of Kabli about 5km from Janjina on the northern side of the Peljesac Peninsula. Off the beaten track and with great views to the mainland, despite being quite basic décor wise, the location is charming and peaceful and would make unforgettable holiday spot for a large family or group holiday.
The owner of the property is a fantastic host! He has an apartment within the property but keeps himself to himself as required. He is happy to take guests fishing and to cook up a feast for dinner!
The house can be rented as a whole villa on two levels (there is an internal stairway which can be locked and both floors also have separate entrances) or the first and ground floors can be rented separately;
The ground floor apartment sleeps 4.
The 1st floor apartment sleeps 10.
Up to 5 additional sofabeds can be inquired at extra costs.

There is one apt with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to share (one with bath, one with shower) and then there are 2 studios (one bigger, one smaller) with 2 ensuite bathrooms (both with showers). The 3 bedrooms share kitchen and the studios have their own kitchenettes. These 3 apartments are connected by a hallway so can be rented as one.
 

 

This Villa offers you 2 whole floors to rent. The floors can be rented together or separately. On this page we offer you the 1st floor which has room for 10 people. If there are more guests, they pay additional 15 EU per day. Note that the owner lives on the property as well. He will be more than happy to take his guests fishing or prepare dinner.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 1 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find a washing machine. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a summer house, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming, fishing, walking.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, mountain biking, scuba diving, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find tennis.

christer says: "We were nervous before arrival. Would this on-line choice be a disaster? It wasn't, it was better than expected. It was wonderful! The house, Josip - our 'landlord', the views, the neighbours (not many), proximity to the sea, the pomegranate tree outside the kitchen window, the absence of traffic noise ... Paradise! We enjoyed a lovely fish barbeque, and went out with Josip in his boat. The local shop, 15 mins away, was small but good. Everyone friendly and helpful. We had hired cars (we were 12) and needed them to get anywhere, though Josip drove us if necessary, the house isn't on a bus route! Air-conditioning on 1st floor would be good in the hottest weather, not all rooms had a fan."
