Its our honor to present you with the opportunityof spending an amazing vacation at our summer house “Silvija”, located at Veliki Zaton, near Dubrovnik. You will be able to enjoy a beautiful view of Zaton bay and crystal clear blue sea without noisy traffic. You can enjoy delicious mediterranean cuisine at two well known restaurants in the nearby vicinity. There is also a nearby supermarket where you can shop on a daily basis.  

Daily rent includes:
- unlimited power supply, hot water
- kitchen with stove,fridge, dishwasher and cutlery
- livingroom with two sofas and dinner table
- sleeping room with king-size bed (for two persons)
- sleeping room with two separate beds (for two persons)
- sleeping room with two separate beds (for two persons)
- bathroom with shower, toillet, washing machine
and clean towels
- terrace with shaded table area, grill and a view of the sea
and nearby hills
- two parking spots inside and outside the property
- use of three kayaks

The house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The house has television. The music system will play cassettes, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a very quiet area. It has a north facing garden, a north facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The house is right beside a beach, swimming, boat hire, fishing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, tennis, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the house you will find ...nothing specified.

Within easy reach of the house you will find horse riding, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas.

Anne says: "We absolutely loved staying at this house. We arranged for a minibus to pick us up from Dubrovnic airport (50 Euros) The drive takes about 40 minutes - the views on the way are stunning and as you approach the house the road swings around the Bay of Zaton and you get your first glimpse of the beautiful setting you will be staying in. The house feels like a home with all sorts of extras - loads of clean towels, everything you could possibly want in the kitchen, really powerful shower - and a CD player that wasnt mentioned -so bring some CDs if you like music . The garden was lovely and very prvate lots of trees to proved shade. There is a dining table inside and outside - with lovely views of the bay and a side garden with the stone BBQ and another seating area - couldnt have asked for more! Oh and the owner was lovely too with great English. Highly recommended - peaceful location but easy to get about."
