Villa Imperial view is located in the picturesque fisher's village Zaton Veliki, a cosy township situated in the picturesque bay of Zaton, 10 km northwest of Dubrovnik. Spend a special vacation in this peaceful and relaxing area with clean Adriatic sea and colourful Mediterranean vegetation.

Villa is located right in the middle of the town giving it the perfect advantage - it is within walking distance from many restaurants, local food shop and 5 minutes walk away from the beach.
Villa is very private and is fenced from all sides but once inside you will enjoy perfect views from numerous terraces. A swimming pool is ready only for your use.

Villa itself features:
1 owners apartment with huge fully equiped kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a large sea facing terrace
5 rooms designed as studios - all with double or twin beds, ensuite facilities, sofa bed and sitting area, small kitchenette to ensure privacy if needed
1 one bedroom apartment and 1 two bedroom apartment - both poolside with seperate living area with kitchenette, large fully equipped bathrooms, double bedroom(s) 

There is quite a few areas around the house where your party can relax and enjoy. Property features:

- big covered terrace with sitting area and seaviews outside of the house
- fully equiped summer kitchen with all apliances plus a big fireplace

Please note, the villa has 9 bathrooms in total, 5 of which have hydromassage tubs. The neighborhood and the villa in which it is situated is very safe with hospitable and friendly local population.

The villa comprises 10 bedrooms in total; 9 double, 1 twin and 3 cots, 10 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 4 single sofa beds located in the in the rooms, 2 double sofa beds located in the in the rooms. This gives room for up to 20 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 9 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a summer house, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside walking.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, mountain biking, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Yvonne says: "we were disapointed with the size of the pool, this was very tiny for 17 people. Also, we could not buy food very well to cook inside the villa as there were no local shops.
