Our property encompasses two beautifully restored traditional Dalmatian stone houses in natural quiet setting with amazing views of the Adriatic, the horizon and the forest.

They can be rented together or separately, but they share the common garden and outside seating area.

ON THIS PAGE YOU WOULD BE RENTING THE BIGGER HOUSE, CALLED SKYLIGHT HOUSE.

The skylight house is a two-floor building and the larger of the two. The entrance is on the first floor where there is a loft space containing the kitchen, a small dining area and the large living space with a french window overlooking the Adriatic. The specialty of this part of the house are the 3 skylight windows in the ceiling allowing for the view of the bright blue sky or the night stars at any time of the year.

Wooden stairs lead down to the ground floor to the stylish bathroom in natural stone setting offering perfect relaxation moments in the bathtub. On the same floor is the spacious bed room with a double bed and walk-in closet and doors leading into the garden.

The terrace house is a two-floor building and the smaller of the two. The entrance is on the first floor where there is a loft space containing the kitchen, a small dining area and the bed space with a french window overlooking the Adriatic. The walls are decorated with art work and the house is equipped with an air conditioning unit.

Wooden stairs lead down to the ground floor to the stylish shower room in natural stone setting and the exit to the garden.

On top of the house, coming with the stairs from the outside in the back, is a beautiful covered terrace with a big dining table looking to all 4 sides of the world having gorgeous sunrises and romantic sunsets to enjoy with a glass of wine.  

There are 2 houses and each can be rented separately. This is the page to rent Skylight House, which sleeps 2 in the main bedroom and can sleep 2 more on the double sofa beds. The smaller house is called Terrace House and is a studio that sleeps 2. To rent the smaller house you have to go to it through the Villa Renters web page.

The village house comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double and 1 cots. The property also has 2 double sofa beds located in the Living room. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The village house has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the village house cool.

The village house has television. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking village house

The village house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The village house is right beside walking.

Close to the village house you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, horse riding, tennis, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the village house you will find boat hire, a theatre/cinema.
