With a capacity of 11 guests it is ideal for family and large groups. All of its 5 bedrooms have a balcony with sea view. The villa’s many amenities include newly-constructed swimming pool, air conditioning, satellite TV, a modern fully-equipped kitchen with large dining and living rooms


 

This gorgeous property is surrounded by orange, olive, pine trees and other Mediterranean greenery. From its terraces and balconies you can enjoy in a cozy atmosphere and a breathtaking view on the blue Adriatic Sea which is only 50 m away, the island of Daksa and Lapad peninsula. Just 20 meters below the house there is a private restaurant offering well prepared dishes for very reasonable prices. The Old City is only 5 minutes drive (6 km) via newly built bridge. The villa comprises 6 bedrooms in total; 5 double, 1 single. . This gives room for up to 11 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

Karl says: "A house with a pool near Dubrovnik is scarce, so when you defintely want one, last minute during the high season, as we did, you have to pay for it. The pool and the terraces around it are defintely value for money. We enjoyed the small pool a lot and we spent most of the time outdoors. A plus-minus aspect is the interior of the house. Clean and well decorated bed rooms and a good airco but old bathroom and kitchen facilities. The use of warm water in the kitchen was a problem and the gas stove could not be used. The furniture in the living room was run down and not clean (where furniture outside was perfect). The house has no parking place so we had to hassel around before we culd arrange something with the neighbours. The house is not exactly on the sea It takes a small walk and crossing a busy street to get there. It has a nice view though on the sea with a small island just off coast. The place is relatively quiet and has a popular small restauant next door. Shops are not in the neighbourhood, so you need a car for that."
