The house has eight bedrooms and 9 bathrooms .As you would expect from such a fine house, all rooms are beautifully decorated with lavish fabrics.

The 10 acres at Toftcombs consists of large lawn area with beautiful view of the nearby Tinto hills, Woodland, Paddock with horses. The house is approached from the long gravel drive with electric gates. The whole property is totally fenced making it secure for children and pets.
There is a large gravel parking area suitable for marquees and parking. The pretty village town of Biggar is a short walk with traditional pubs, restaurants and quaint shops.

The country house comprises 9 bedrooms in total; 6 double, 2 twin, 1 single and 1 cots, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 17 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The country house has 9 bathrooms and 9 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The country house has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the country house include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 15 in the living room and 15 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The country house is in a very quiet area. It has a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Within easy reach of the country house you will find historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema.
