This flat really is location, location, location. It must be the most central position in the City of Brighton, its third floor position giving the most fabulous panoramic views from the living room and kitchen. Look to the south to see the Palace Pier and sea to the north to see the Brighton Pavilion (amazing at night) and directly in front of the property are the Old Steine lawns. The bedroom is located at the rear of the building, so even in this extremely central location a good nights sleep should not be a problem!

Art Deco meets Baroque with a touch of eastern influence - best describes the style of this tastefully monochrome decorated and equipped apartment. There is an extremely large double bedroom with enough cupboards to house every size of suitcase, and a double bed with goose down mattress topper. Hall with yet more cupboards. Lisa says: "We loved the apartment and it was so great to find a place to stay in Brighton that fulfilled our love of boutique hotels but that was practical and affordable with a 7 month old baby. We had been looking at hotels with suites so that we could have a separate lounge area but this was by far the better option and we will cetainly be booking again. The apartment was stylish, clean and well equipped as well as being very centrally located. Loved the Asian deli just up the road as well as the views. "
