This flat really is location, location, location. It must be the most central position in the City of Brighton, its third floor position giving the most fabulous panoramic views from the living room and kitchen. Look to the south to see the Palace Pier and sea to the north to see the Brighton Pavilion (amazing at night) and directly in front of the property are the Old Steine lawns. The bedroom is located at the rear of the building, so even in this extremely central location a good nights sleep should not be a problem!

Nowhere in Brighton is more than a 10 minute walk from this flat. To the east is the lively Kemp Town area of the city with its many bars, restaurants, clubs and the the Joogleberry theatre. On the opposite side of the Old Steine Lawns are The Lanes, North Street and the North Laine, all of which house the most edclectic mix of shops, restaurants, bars, clubs and theatres to be found in any city in the country.
 

Parking: There is an NCP car park in High Street, off St James Street (about 6 minutes walk away), you can park for 24 hours for £9 alternatively you can park at the Marina for free and then take a taxi (approx. £5) to the property. Public transport: Buses to all locations stop immediately in front of the property. The railway station is about 10 minutes walk. WIRELESS BROADBAND AVAILABLE!!

Lisa says: "We loved the apartment and it was so great to find a place to stay in Brighton that fulfilled our love of boutique hotels but that was practical and affordable with a 7 month old baby. We had been looking at hotels with suites so that we could have a separate lounge area but this was by far the better option and we will cetainly be booking again. The apartment was stylish, clean and well equipped as well as being very centrally located. Loved the Asian deli just up the road as well as the views. "
