Fantastic location in the heart of the city and within a stones throw (literally!) of the Palace Pier, beachfront and shops. To the east is the lively Kemp Town area of the city with it's many bars, restaurants, clubs and the the Joogleberry Theatre. On the opposite side of the Old Steine Lawns are The Lanes, North Street and the renowned North Laines, all of which house the most edclectic mix of shops, restaurants, bars, clubs and theatres to be found in any city in the country.  

There is an NCP car park in High Street, off St James Street (about 6 minutes walk away), you can park for 24 hours for £9 alternatively you can park at the Marina for free and then take a taxi (approx. £5) to the property.
Buses to all locations stop immediately in front of the property and there is also a taxi rank opposite. The railway station is about 10 minutes walk.

The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the In the living room. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 3 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Mr Joseph says: "The property was clean & tidy - & very well stocked - inc a washing machine. The location was Fantastic - right in the heart of Brighton. the Main problem was there was a TV station missing - we could not access BBC 1 - and the website boasts - internet connection - but it was not there - & we needed it. ( conference notes to be made ) The windows really should be double glazed as a priority. Other than all the above - yes we would most definately stay there again "

Pleased to report that a new aerial for the whole block has now been installed so all TV channels are now available.

As to internet access, wireless broadband has now been installed.

I will investigate double glazing the windows but a bit of traffic noise is, I'm afraid, the price you pay for being right in the centre of the city.
