This lovely one-bedroom flat is located right in the heart of Brighton‚ just off St. James’ St. It's only a minute from the pier and the beach, the bars and clubs, with views of the Steine (central park) and a glimpse of the sea. The main shopping areas of The Lanes, North Laine‚ and Churchill Square are all only minutes away. The Theatre Royal, Komedia Carbaret Bar and a wide variety of restaurants and cafes are within a five minute walk from Steyne Mansions.

The flat is light and airy. It's an absolute delight.
The apartment is on the third floor and looks out over the rooftops. The bay window is an ideal place where you can while away many an hour people-watching as the world goes by beneath you.
The living room & kitchen:
This open plan living area is well equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and washer/dryer. All the necessary cutlery and crockery are provided and you'll find a dining table with four chairs in the bay window. On the other side of the room is a bed-sofa which can sleep two comfortably. The bedroom has a south-facing window looking out over the rooftops to the sea. It has good sized double bed with a wardrobe and chest of draws as well as blackout blinds for those who need a lie-in. Linen is provided.

Newly installed, this room is bright and modern with a large shower cubicle. Towels are provided.
Locality
The flat is situated near the Steine(Central Park and Fountain) at the bottom of St. James' St. The seafront and Pier are 300m from the flat. In the other direction the Pavilion and Lanes are a similar distance. St. James' St. offers a wide range of restaurants, cafes, delis, bars, supermarkets etc. The Joogleberry Playhouse is just round the corner and the Theatre Royal and Komedia Arts Centre are only 5-10mins walk. Walking is the best way to get around central Brighton. The main shopping areas of The Lanes, North Laine and Churchill Square are all within easy reach. The flat is perfectly located for the many festivals that occur throughout the year here in Brighton.
