A second single bed can be placed in the living room if requested.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, gas hob, fridge/freezer, a large breakfast table (dines five) and loads of storage space.

In the peaceful master bedroom are original sash windows, an entire wall of fitted wardrobes, wall mounted TV/DVD player and cosy double bed.
 

Sir Edwin Henry Landseer (born 1802) lived in this building. He was a prolific painter and artist of the Victorian age. Landseer is probably best remembered for the design of the lions that stand on all four corners of Nelson's Column in the centre of Trafalgar Square in London.  

The apartment is right on the seafront with ocean views (and views of the old Victorian ruins of the West Pier). All the restaurants and bars of Preston Street, Western Road and the famous Lanes are within seconds walk. The Churchill Shopping Centre is also very close if you like indoor shopping.

The mainline railway station is about 10 minutes walk.
