City Point House has 4 bedrooms, plus a sofa bed in the lounge. It is perfectly situated and well equipped for a larger group of discerning holiday makers. As well as the en suite bathroom for master bedroom, there is also the main bathroom on first floor and a Jack and Jill Bathroom on floor 2, also a toilet in entrance lobby.

City centre property with parking and outside space is a real rarity in Brighton. City Point House boasts a patio, front garden and amazing sunroof with garden! Perfect for a spot of city centre sun bathing. We can also offer a parking space with this property from £5 per day.

The house comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 1 single, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 11 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has television. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a east facing garden, a west facing patio area, a east facing balcony, panoramic views.
