This is an attractive mews house in a courtyard of six houses which is full of character. This property has been recently renovated to a high standard. It has two bedrooms, one large double and the second can be either a twin or a double (please specify at time of booking) Both double beds are king-size. The interior is contemporary style with solid oak flooring throughout. Downstairs the sitting room/dining area is open plan with a high ceiling therefore giving a more spacious feel to the house. The bathroom consists of a modern white suite with bath and shower. 

The property is situated very close to the seafront, shops, restaurants and bars. Most places are within walking distance, including Waitrose and Tesco etc. There are also plenty of buses at the end of the road or the local taxi services are excellent. An information pack is provided in the house giving details of local facilities.  

Car parking on the street is mostly by voucher, but there are some pay and display spaces available. On street parking is free after 8pm. Day Pass Parking Vouchers can be purchased at the time of booking for £5 per day allowing you to park in Zone M. There is also one car parking space directly outside the property available at a cast of £10 per day. Please specify your requirements at time of booking. 

2nd bedroom has twin beds which can be connected to form a King-size bed. Please inform City Pad at time of booking how you would like the beds to be arranged.

The house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has television video, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
