A traditional semi-detached double –glazed 2 bed-roomed Cornish stone cottage situated in a private courtyard surrounded by open countryside within half a mile of Porth beach and approximately 3 miles from Newquay town centre.
Within half a mile of the cottage is the quiet resort of Porth where families can relax whilst children play with buckets and spades. The more energetic can surf in the green Atlantic rollers.
Public footpaths pass by the cottage giving access to countryside walks to St. Columb Minor and linking to the South West Coastal Path.

ACCOMODATION
A gated pathway leads to a small enclosed area to the side and rear of Stable Cottage, which has recently been completely re-furbished. Quality pine furnishings throughout. A stable door opens directly into the light and spacious open plan L shaped well equipped pine kitchen and lounge/dining area.
A door leading through to the inner hallway with 2 bedrooms leading off – Bedroom 1 with double bed and double duvet at the front of the cottage and Bedroom 2 with two single beds and duvets at the rear of the cottage. Also off the hallway is the shower room with WC and basin.
