St Austell is situated on the outskirts of Lake between Sandown and Shanklin.
This four bedroom detached house is within walking distance of beautiful sandy beaches and clifftop walks.
The house has a large garden and 12ft splash pool, and is popular with larger families.
 

 

 

The main lounge area has 2 x 3 seater sofas, leading through to the sun lounge where there is further seating for four. Freeview is available in the lounge. The dining area has table and chairs for six and also a 2 x seater sofa. Outside there is a patio set,barbeque,benches and sun loungers, and a12 foot splash pool. Duvets and pillows are provided, you will need to bring your own linen and towels.

The house comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 single. . This gives room for up to 7 people.

The house has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The location of the house means you will hear some noise, though not excessive. It has a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The house is right beside walking, cycling.

Close to the house you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, flying, mountain biking, golf, a sports center, a museum, a zoo, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the house you will find horse riding, tennis, scuba diving, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.

Lisa says: "The property was excellent for a young family as it had a safe secure garden which was really big. Inside the house was spacious and the kitchen had everything you would need. The road outside is quite busy but it didn't cause us a problem. The house is in a great location within walking distance of sandown. Would use the house again if we go back to The Isle of Wight."
