This apartment is located in a very quiet area in Kemp Town, Brighton Marina is less than 5 minutes walk, with lots of choice of Restaurants, bars, Casino, Bowling and multi screen cinema, Also large Asda Supermarket on site. The centre of Kemp town is approx 5 minutes walk with independent shops, bars, nightlife and restaurants, Brighton Pier 10 minutes walk along seafront. Brighton city centre is approx 15 minutes stroll along the seafront with all the usual city facilities including pubs, theatres, restaraunts and shopping. Rottingdean village is 4 miles east, beautiful sussex village with pubs and tea shops, excellent Pitch and Putt golf course with gorgeous sea views.  

This apartment is located on the top froor of a grade 2 listed building, although the stairs can be a little tiring, its worth the effort for the Sea View and the peace and quiet, The apartment is tastefully decorated and boasts a Solid Teak kingsize 4 poster bed, South-East Asian artwork and furnishings help to make this apartment very inviting. The large bright living room houses a double sofa-bed, plus a single zed bed, so this property sleeps a maximum of 5 guests. 

There is usually parking available close to the property, between 9am and 8 pm tickets available from Meter, between 8pm and 9am parking is free. The nearest bus stop is 2 minutes from the apartment.

Martin says: "Beautiful flat in a great location. You can take leisurely half hour walk through Kemptown to the town centre or hop on a bus and be there in under 10 minutes. Theres a 24 hour Asda close by at the Marina. The flat is comfortable and well maintained. There were three of us and we never felt at all cramped. The furnishings are funky and the 4 poster bed is a blast. The use of books, DVDs and cds allowed a home from home feel. Its a steep climb up to the top floor but well worth the effort - you can even see the sea without risking life and limb! The only negative point is that the old sash windows dont fit too well and rattle a lot in high winds. Not something that ruined our stay, however, and its a place wed happily return to. "
