There is a well equipped modern kitchen with washing machine, cooker, oven, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster, microwave and plenty of cupboard space and a table and 5 chairs

2 bathrooms, one ensuite with the main bedroom plus another full bathroom, a downstairs toilet with sink and a large living room with sofas, internet and TV.

The house has parking for 3 cars plus a large garden with barbeque at the back

Only 5 -7 minutes walk to the local shops, supermarket, restaurants, takeaways and underground station and buses.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 4 double and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.
