The villa is a comfortable single storey villa with three large bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed and a full ensuite bathroom. There are double patio doors onto the terrace and garden. The other double bedroom has double patio doors onto the terrace and garden. The other full bathroom is shared between the double and twin bedroom. The lounge is very spacious with an open plan dining area and large open plan kitchen with breakfast bar. The villa has full air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and an open fire in the lounge. The garden is very private and south facing with sun from dawn to dusk. The lounge has two sets of patio doors, one leading onto garden and the other onto BBQ area which is shaded by a tree in the summer months. There is parking for two vehicles. 

The villa is only 7 minutes drive from Fuengirola and approx 10 mins from Mijas. There are restaurants, bars, shops and pharmacy within 3 minutes drive. You do need a car at this villa although it is only approx 20 mins walk into Fuengirola. There is a big department store approx 5 minutes drive and two large local supermarkets stocking english products. About 10 mins drive there is a large shopping mall with lots of clothes shops and a hypermarket. The beach in Fuengirola is very approx 5 miles long and there are always lots of sun beds on the beach. The seafront has an abundance of restaurants and in Fuengirola there is an area called Fish Alley which has many restaurants and bars and is always very busy and popular. 

Approx 7 minute drive away there is the Miramar Shopping Mall. This mall has many of the well know fashion shops as well as a very large hypermarket.

The big Spanish department store Corte Inglis is approx 5 min drive and only opened last year. 

This villa has all mod cons. The washing machine is situated in a separate utility room. There is plenty of room for sun loungers arround the swimming pool. The BBQ area is separate and near to the kitchen. Satellite TV . The villa is very centrally situated for both a seaside holiday or as a base for exploring other areas. The garden is very private. There is also a safe in a bedroom. The villa is very pricate and behind the garden is "Zona verde" which is a wooded area with lots of trees.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.
