The bungalow is situated on the 5* golf course called Campo de Golfe. The property has 2 bedrooms. Each has 2 single beds and ceiling fans. There is a safe which can be used free of charge. The living room has a 4 seater sofa (sofa bed) and a single chair. The living room also has a dining table. There is a TV and DVD player, the TV has a few English speaking channels which are mainly news channels. There is use of the heated communal pool which is owned solely by the residents. There is a fully fitted kitchen with dish washer, washing machine, large fridge freezer, coffee machine etc. The patio area has table and chairs. There are also 6 sunloungers.

There is a couple of English channels which are mainly news channels. There is ramp access to the grounds of the property for wheel chair access but there is 1 step up into the bungalow, this is around 4-5 inches high.

The house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The house has television video, dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 5 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
