This new villa has just been released to the holiday rental market and as such everything in the property is new and all needs are catreed for. The spacious interior will allow the holiday maker to enjoy a relaxed holiday away from the hustle & bustle of the resort, yet close enough to strool to.

The modern furniture in the lounge and bedrooms (waterhyacinth) gives off a very cool, tropical atmosphere and if you wish to get out of the sun , put a CD on and relax with the excellent surround sound system or have a quiet night in with a DVD.

The kitchen comes fully equiped with all mod cons and a welcome pack can be arranged with prior notice.
The dining area has seating for 6 people with views over the Swimming pool or you can choose to eat al fresco on the large pergola covered terrace again with seating for 6 persons.

The master bedroom is en-suite with the two other bedrooms seperated by the main bathroom.

Outside as well as having your own private swimming pool, there are 6 sun loungers, BBQ, a decked area and a canarian style landscaped garden. Or if you prefer a little more privacy, why not sun bathe on the 60m2 roof terrace.

The property is also alarmed for your peace of mind and has the added advantage of off street parking.  

 

 

From the roof terrace there are panoramic views across the resort as far as Lanzarote.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Brian says: "Villa met all my familys' requirements and more, 3 beds and large open living space with plenty of room poolside and on the roof terrace meant all of us, 2 adults and 4 kids, 3,5,7 and 10 years old had enough space to relax on our own or together. With the centre of town only a 10/15 min walk or short taxi ride it meant everthing (waterpark, boat trips etc) was in easy reach.
