This is a beautifully presented house with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, lounge and sun room with dining area. Newly finished and tastefully decorated to a very high standard. Remote controlled air conditioning has been installed in all living and sleeping areas for your comfort. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and hairdryers. A safe has been fitted in master bedroom. The modern fully fitted kitchen has granite worktop and all appliances. Large outdoor space with sun room, large tiled patio and two separate decked areas. One decked area has retractable sun canopy and gas barbecue. There is also an additional balcony from the master bedroom where you can enjoy fantastic views to the golf course and the sea.

Overlooking the 18th tee of Fuerteventura Golf Course which was the venue for the Spanish Open 2004. There are two sets of golf clubs in the house for our guests to use.
