The apartment is located in Playa Del Cura, overlooking the village and the beach. The sun shines all day on the balcony. The views from the apartment are breathtaking. Take note that to have a view like this the apartment is on a hill. When you're going into town or the nearby beaches walk down to the bus stop at the bottom of the hill and take the bus it's very cheap, it only costs about €1.10 into Puerto Rico. Get a taxi back to avoid walking up the hill as it is steep. 

 

Deposit of 30% to secure booking. This is non-refundable unless apartment subsequently let. Balance plus security deposit of 200 euro payable 8 weeks before arrival date. The security deposit will be refunded 10 days after holiday ends when confirmation received from our agent and key returned. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Check-in time 3pm. Departure time 10am.
 

Patio furniture must be taken indoors when leaving apartment at end of holiday.

The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the sitting room. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 2 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a east facing patio area, a east facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside swimming, walking, tennis, a food shop.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, cycling, mountain biking, golf, scuba diving, shopping areas.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find flying.

There's a nice small shopping centre just down the road and a good size Spar Supermarket .
