The GYM, SPA and relax room, which expand in 70m2 area allows for stretching and fitting the body as well as for relaxation, at no extra fee (availability for face treatments, manicure/pedicure at extra charge).
Central heating in winter, air-conditioning all year around. Suitable for children, etc. No pets allowed. Smoking is not allowed in all the areas of the residence.

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living-dining room. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm. The apartment has a sauna.

The apartment has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls and a fax machine. Recreational activities available with the apartment include a home gym.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
