The ground floor has two double bedrooms with high raftered ceilings.One bathroom has a washbasin, toilet and bath.The second has a toilet washbasin and a shower. The lounge/diner has a log stove (one free basket of logs) and an open beamed ceiling. From here one step leads to a corridor and access to the second bathroom and the bunkbedroom and the two double bedrooms,both with washbasins. The bunkbedroom has access to a little crogloft den above the bathroom, somewhere to hide and spend hours away from the adults!
Also from the lounge/diner, steps lead down to the kitchen which is also open beamed, and has a fridge, freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, washing machine and baxi boiler giving instant hot water on demand.

From the lounge, a wooden staircase leads to the crog-loft which has a two single beds. All bedding and towels are included.


All rooms are furnished and decorated to a high standard with full central heating. There is a television with a video machine and DVD player and we are happy to lend you films if it happens to rain! There is a computer with internet access.There is a small orchard and barbeque area with table and chairs. The parking area is adjacent to the property with room for two cars.
Babysitting can be arranged.
While the property is centrally placed, it is remarkably quiet and private. A 24-hour Tesco extra is a five minute drive away yet you can wander in the thirty-acre woodland and not hear any sounds except the wildlife!  

Ten minutes in the car and you can be in Caernarfon (Edwardian castle and narrow guage railway), Llanberis(Snowdon and mountain railway) or Bangor (university city and British railway!). Anglesey with its wonderful beaches and coastal walks is only minutes away too.

An almost complete refurbishment at the end of 2006 means that the property is fresh with lots of new equipment. Internet access is available on a PC . My teenage daughters will babysit with prior arrangement. 

THERE ARE TWO DOUBLE BEDROOMS, A TWIN BEDDED ROOM AND A BUNKBED ROOM FOR TWO. THERE IS ALSO A SECOND TOILET WITH SHOWER AND A SMALL CROGLOFT ROOM FOR KIDS.

The cottage comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 2 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double bunk bed located in the in a small separate bedroom. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The cottage has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The cottage has television video, dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The cottage is in a very quiet area. It has a east facing garden, a south facing patio area, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking.

The cottage is right beside walking, cycling.

Close to the cottage you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, mountain biking, golf, tennis, a sports center, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the cottage you will find flying, horse riding, a zoo.

Mountains,lakes, rivers , waterfalls, forests beaches. High ropes course, Greenwood Forest park.

Georgina says: "The property felt as though you were in the middle of no-where which was lovely and peaceful! But only 5 mins away from Tesco! It was a lovely property thoughtfully laid out for children, ours loved it! We did have a problem with the boiler when we were there, but that was being resolved by the owners. Would recommend property to friends!"
