Luxury 3 bedroom villa with private swimming pool in small development of 12 private villas. Nestled in the middle of mature olive grove 10 minutes walk from beautiful blue flag sandy beachs and 15 minutes walk from local resort of Tsilvi which offers a fantastic selection of shops, bars & Tavernas. For the energetic there are lots of local activities including water sking, wind surfing, boating, horseriding, hiking, climbing. Private tennis courts also exist on site. For those who prefer a more relaxed holiday this is an Ideal location for sightseeing. A short 10 minute drive is the beautiful port town of Zakynthos and from here you can wander the cobbled streets and discover many of the quaint tavernas or take numerous boat trips around the island and to the neighbouring island of Kefelonia.

Large spacious living/dining area with pull out sofa bed comes with TV, DVD. The fully equipted kitchen comes with dishwasher, washing machine, cooker , microwave, toaster etc. Ironing board & iron. Air conditioning in all rooms. Outside there is a private pool, fully paved garden, with sun loungers and BBQ.  

Tsilve resort is just 15 minutes walk from the Villa. Here there is a vast selection of Tavernas, restraunts & bars to suit all tasts and budgets. Food and drink are very reasonably priced.
 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Sitting room. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd. The music system will play radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

Stephanie says: "We just got back from an excellent holiday in Zakynthos. The villa was very clean and ready for us on our arrival. There were 6 of us and we all very impressed. We had an evening flight coming home, and were allowed to stay in the villa until we were ready to leave which was a great relief - this was due to the not being someone else checking in until a few days later. The pool was fantastic and, according the gentleman that maintains it, will be newly tiled next year. It is about 15-20 minutes walk into the town from the villa, which can be a bit daunting at first but the walk is very enjoyable, allowing you to see some excellent views. Once you get used to the walk it flies by and helps you work up an appetite for the excellent meals to be had in Tsilivi. We didnt have a single bad meal in the 10 days we were there. There are plenty of nice clean towels, which are all changed over if you have the mid-stay clean. If you dont have the clean, you can always use the washing machine which we found to be very easy to use. The air conditioning provides a great break from the heat and is very efficient. All in all, we had an excellent holiday thanks to finding this lovely villa and are hoping to go back next year to this beautiful island!"
