Agios Stefanos is a small fishing village, located on the North East coast of Corfu. This little fishing village has now become a very popular 'up market' resort with many stylish villas for rent. Incredibly pretty, Agios Stefanos is one of the most delightful locations for a holiday in Corfu. It is ideal for visitors of all ages, for couples who like to walk, relax, or just people-watch, or for families with children to amuse. There is always something going on - one of the attractions of a harbour village. A wide choice of water-front tavernas, a couple of bars, more than adequate shops and daily foreign newspapers - there is no need to go far, but exploring by boat is a must. For more sophisticated attractions, Kassiopi is only a few minutes drive away.
 

KERASIA BEACH
Until recently one of Corfu's well-kept secrets, Kerasia beach is a wonderful long quiet pebbly beach tucked away between Kalami and St Stephanos. Tantalizingly close when viewed from the road it is only accessed via Agios Stephanos or by boat. With one friendly taverna a small tourist kiosk and a few sun loungers it is a favourite with the local people and can get busy at weekends. In the week though it is rarely very busy and is ideal for swimming and snorkeling.
AVLAKI BEACH
One of the most attractive beaches on the North East Coast Avlaki has its borders in the Eremitis nature reserve and has a small lagoon, which is a nature lovers delight. The beach, a long curved stretch of white pebbles shelves into the brilliantly blue and fresh sea and there is almost always a cooling breeze blowing across the wide bay. There is a very good taverna in the middle of the beach and another slightly further along plus sun loungers towards the center, a windsurfing/dingy sailing school and small boat hire jetty.
AGNI BEACH
Agni beach is a narrow stretch of pebbles set in a bay at the bottom of an olive and cypress tree valley. With three traditional beachside tavernas all ready to feed and entertain you. The beautiful scenery makes it a popular stop for boats of all sizes. A short walk around a small headland brings you onto another quiet shingly beach that is excellent for snorkeling.  

The villa comprises 6 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 3 twin, 6 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 12 double bunk beds located in the in cupboard. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 6 bathrooms and 6 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm. The villa has a sauna.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. Recreational activities available with the villa include a home gym, table tennis.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
