Villa Stavloi
This traditional two storey villa measures 160sqm and is suitable for 4-6 persons. The villa has been built on the old site of the stables of the mansion and the décor throughout reflects the history of this.

The ground floor consists of fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, dish washer, open plan living room with open fireplace, comfortable red sofas, dining table and chairs, bathroom with washing machine, satellite TV, DVD player and tastefully decorated throughout.

The first floor contains two bedrooms, one with double and the other with two single beds, TV and spacious balconies offering amazing views. On this floor there is also a separate luxury bathroom with Jacuzzi hydro massage.
 

FACILITIES
The spacious, private, landscaped grounds are located close to the village of Kipseli and are particularly ideal for families with children. Also the villas are located close two small ports where it is possible to moor your boats.

The Belussi Villas are named after the old name of the village, Belussi. During the Venetian occupation of the island the Venetians called the village Belussi, which comes from Bella - the Italian word for beautiful and it’s easy to see why with its stunning scenic countryside.
 

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 2 single sofa beds. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm. The villa has a sauna.
